The Lisa Paragary Team were my realtors on two successful real estate transactions within the last year. They sold my primary residence in Lake Point View and a piece of land in the Summit in El Dorado Hills. Both of these properties had been listed unsuccessfully in the past with other realtors. They wanted to know all the details about the properties unlike other agents I had met with who just wanted to have a cursory look at them. They personally changed light fixtures and mirrors, and touched up the paint. Steve Miller has a great eye for accessories and brought some from his own home to help with the staging. They hired a stager whose furniture made the house look great. They hired a photographer whose photos presented my home and property in the best possible way. The hard work the team did before the properties were listed resulted in my home being sold in 4 days and the land in several months. The Lisa Paragary Team is hard working and reliable, and I highly recommend them.
